My Why


One of the main reasons I got into fitness was to improve my health in order to live longer. I started my fitness journey at a time when I was at an all time low. I was depressed, overweight, and had blood pressure problems.

I decided to make some changes that would help no only improve my health but it would help me with my self-confidence. My family have always been my reasons to push myself harder. I strive to become a better version of myself to not only set a good example for my kids, but I want to be there for them for years to come. My biggest supporter my husband has uplifted me at some of my darkest times and I will be forever grateful for that.

I dedicate my very first workout program to "My Family!" Big thank you to them all!

Just Getting Started

Welcome to my first fitness program. This program is great for begginers who want to get up and moving. It requires little to no gym equipment and can be done anywhere. While you are on you health and wellness journey just keep in mind why you got started in the first place. Whether its for health reasons, physical apperance, or just to get more active, never forget your why. This will help to push you in those times that you feel the most vunerable and unmotivated. We all feel a little unmotivated sometimes but we must push past to ge to the finish line.

It took me months to get where I am today. The difference in these two pictures is time and consistency.
